Vistaar Overseas, doing business as Vistaar Intuitive Solution ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Production & Inventory Control mobile application (the "Service").
The Service is a multi-tenant business-to-business (B2B) application provided to organizations (our "Clients" or "Tenants"). If you are an end-user accessing the Service, you are doing so on behalf of your employer or organization.
In this context, your organization is the Data Controller, and Vistaar Intuitive Solution acts solely as the Data Processor. We process your Personal Data strictly on behalf of and under the instructions of your organization to provide the Service. For questions regarding how your organization handles your privacy or to exercise your data rights, please contact your organization's system administrator directly.
We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you and your organization.
Personal Data
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can
be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data"). Personally identifiable information may include, but is
not limited to:
Files and Documents (Tenant Data)
The Service allows you to upload, transmit, and store files and documents (such as invoices, delivery challans,
LR documents, and packaging master details) via the device's file picker. This data is owned strictly by your
organization (the Tenant). We access your device storage solely
to facilitate this core functionality of the Service on behalf of your organization.
Usage Data
We may also collect information that your device sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access the
Service by or through a mobile device ("Usage Data"). This Usage Data may include information such as your
device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), device type, operating system version, the configuration
of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other diagnostic data.
Vistaar Intuitive Solution uses the collected data for various purposes:
Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.
If you are located outside India and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to India and process it there.
Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.
The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We implement robust, commercially acceptable means (such as HTTPS encryption and logical database segregation) to protect your Personal Data and Tenant Data, but we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
